The Wedding Day Personal Assistant

 This package is for the couple that has completed all their planning for their wedding, but would like a professional to oversee their big day and ensure everything runs simply perfect.


The Wedding Day Personal Assistant includes:

  • On-going consultation and advice with unlimited communication via email and phone.
  • Three in-person consultations with bride to discuss day-of schedule
  • Collects all contracts and remains in contact with all vendors, as well as confirms arrival times for wedding day.
  • Coordinate and direct your rehearsal, wedding ceremony, and reception.
  • Be onsite up to 10 hours the day of the ceremony.
  • Manages all vendors at wedding and reception and maintains flow of event from beginning to end.
  • Prepare wedding day itinerary for wedding party.
  • Prepare ceremony and reception time-line.
  • Coordinating the collection of gifts received on the wedding day
  • Oversee delivery and set up of ceremony and reception sites

CUSTOMIZED PARTIAL PLANNING

This package is designed for the couple wishing for a little more than wedding day-of coordination, but not quite complete wedding management. Couples have the option to completely customize this level of service in order to fit their exact planning needs.  With this package we will work with you a few months before the big day. We will pull everything together for you making sure everything is on track.

This comprehensive service is designed for the couple wishing to have complete pampering during the planning process. AMA Media is there every step of the way to turn the otherwise exhausting and complex wedding planning process into a fun, creative, stress free experience. 

Couple's Best Friend includes:

  • On-going consultation and advice with unlimited communication via email and phone.
  • A personalized budget to help the bride and groom stay on track.
  • Personalized schedules, timelines and checklists.
  • Assistance and recommendation of appropriate wedding vendors.  
  • Assisting with selecting a color scheme, theme and style of wedding.
  • Set-up and accompaniment to all vendor interviews and meetings, as well as contract negotiation. 
  • Assisting with the design and mailing out of invitations.
  • Guest list management assistance
  • Design assistance and suggestions, including floral, lighting and other rentals.
